  • On the survey, the first question, how easy is it to find information on help center. I wish there was an open comment box that I could give details around, so here it is :)

    To find help topics, easy to use, especially with the search bar. But navigating to the Watermark Community is a bit more complex. You have to know to click on the hamburger button. Would be more useful to have the Watermark Community logo or link under the Watermark logo on the landing page that will take you to the community page. 

    Once at the Community landing page, it is confusing on where to go from there. I automatically look for the products I use and expect to see it where the topic/post buttons are. Once I'm in my product, that is when I'm looking for topics/posts relating to my product.

    The post button, has no organization, rhyme or reason to it. Its like I more or less stumble into the information I'm looking for rather than knowing where to look for it.
