At Wichita State University we do use a few of the Watermark products.  I only work with Course Evaluations & Surveys with Blackboard as our LMS.  We set up our course evals as a one semester project using course-level dates.  We have only been live for a year.  We are just are using the Main Survey evaluation for now just to get instructors and students use to the new system.  Eventually we will be adding the Item Bank option and Target Surveys.  I would love to learn ways that others use CES with course-level dates.  Also, any helpful hints regarding Item Bank and Target Surveys as I work on learning these two options.
