Welcome to our first ever “Watermark Wednesday”!  

Your Watermark Community Moderators will be posting a discussion topic every other Wednesday and we want to hear from you!

Our first question is: What are you doing to prepare for the upcoming fall semester?

We understand that most of you have prepped the catalog for the incoming year and are getting ready to publish, if you haven't already.

Tips:

Always publish from the calendar year item in your content tree and make sure to check "Publish subitems" to ensure the catalog within the calendar year is published completely. Publishing from the parent item is recommended when updating sections/items in future publishes of the catalog as well.

Also, remember that if it isn't approved, it will not publish! Check the new catalog workflow dashboard to ensure all items relevant to your new catalog are approved before publishing.
