    I wish I had realized the full extent to which I could customize screens to make them truly relevant to our institution and the data we need to collect. That was surely an eye opener!!

    Couldn't agree more Laura.  I'm in the process of removing fields and items in the drop-down menus that should have been done BEFORE launch.  Trying to keep it as simple as possible for faculty.

    KISS is much easier to apply when you know it's possible! I am now, 5 years later, trying to talk to stakeholders so we can do the same.
