I am the Project Manager for Faculty Success and the Office of Institutional Planning, Effectiveness, and Accreditation at LSU Health Shreveport. I really enjoyed Engage and meeting everyone.

I have been the project manager for Faculty Success since 2018. We are currently using workflows for P&T. Hope to add several other workflows before the end of AY2024-2025.

I find being able to talk to others when developing workflows or finding new ways to collect and use data. I am happy to be a resource/sounding board for anyone who needs one!
