Pamela Madden here. I am the Director of Retention at Amarillo College! We currently use SS&E and CES. We have been using SS&E for 3 years and CES less than 6 months but have had great success with it so far. I hope to find new tips and tricks others have found to help me utilize the systems to their best abilities. I know the systems are only as good as we let them be. I am ready to learn new things about the products capabilities and what they can do and not just what I allow them to do!
