Hi! I’m Laura from Texas State, and we use CE&S, Faculty Success, Tk20, and moving into SL&L. We started with Tk20 in 2011, and i started with the team in 2012. I’m excited to learn SL&L tricks and tips from folks who know more than me, and happy to share what I know about the things I know!

Hi there. I'm Stephanie Entringer. I am the Department Chair for our Registered Nursing program at Southeast Technical College in Sioux Falls, SD, and I serve on our institutions's assessment team. I have used Watermark for end of program student learning outcome assessment, institutional accreditation self-study (HLC), and nursing program accreditation (ACEN). We have recently adopted Student Learning and Licensure and Course Evaluation and Surveys. I look forward to learning how insights from these products will interact with Planning and Self-Study to drive outcomes improvement in our programs.

I've used Course Evaluations and Surveys since 2020, and am part of the Assessment and Curriculum team that uses other Watermark products (Planning and Self Study, Curriculum Strategy, and Concourse). We've been long time customers but only recently added University wide workflow for annual review and T&P to Faculty Success. I'm hoping to hear what everyone uses Faculty Success for as I seek to expand our usage.
Hi, all! I am Jenn Mickelson, Curriculum Coordinator at Rock Valley College in Rockford, IL. I am our administrator for Curriculum Strategy, and have also been using Planning & Self-Study...all for about a year or so. I am also currently on the Curriculum Strategy Board, and look forward to making connections, being of assistance to others, and learning all that I can about products we already use and could potentially use in the future.
Hi! I'm Jana VanderTook, Director of Faculty Services and Assessment at Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, Oklahoma. I am the Systems Administrator for the three Watermark products we use - Course Evaluations and Surveys, Planning and Self Study, and Faculty Success. We have used CES since the Fall of 2019, five years. We added Planning and Self Study in the Fall of 2022 and implementation of Faculty Success begins next week. I'm looking forward to connecting with other Watermark users for innovative ideas, best practices and tips or tricks. I value the ability to engage and encouraging others who understand.
