Good morning all! I am Pamela Madden, Director of Retention at Amarillo College. I am the system administrator for SS&E and CES. I am very interested in learning how to enhance what we already do and find new things that the systems can do and learn those as well. I know the systems always have updates and upgrades and learning those is going to help me better do my job to help our faculty, staff, and students.
