Curriculum Strategy Release Notes for July 7, 2022

This release delivers a self-service way to relink Curriculum Management forms to your latest course catalog, plus some updates to improve the user experience in the Curriculum Management and My Items dashboards in Unified Navigation.

New Feature

Link Curriculum Management to your Latest Course Catalog with “Re-link Forms”

The new “Re-link Forms” option makes it easy to connect Curriculum Management forms to your latest course catalog after a catalog rollover, so you can be sure new proposals can populate the most current course and program data. Where in the past you’d need to contact Watermark Support for assistance, this feature makes it possible to relink to your latest catalog yourself as part of your annual maintenance of Curriculum Management.

Important: To enable this feature in your system, please reach out to Watermark Support to request the permission be enabled for your curriculum administrators. 

Enhancements

User Experience Improvements to the Unified Navigation Dashboards for Curriculum Management

Users will notice a few updates intended to modernize and ease aspects of the Curriculum Management navigation experience:

  • Tab on the Curriculum Management dashboard are now purple, to improve consistency of the look and feel with other Watermark solutions users may be using
  • Filters on the Curriculum Management dashboard page are now hidden within column headers to reduce noise and help users acclimate to the page more quickly. To filter results, a user can now click on the column headers in the table.
  • An updated design for the My Items dashboard that’s easier on the eye and easier to use.

Note: If you do not have the Unified Navigation dashboard for your Curriculum Strategy products and you are interested in implementing this, please reach out to Support and they will assist in getting this set up.
