When attempting to log in to Watermark SSO, if you receive the "Something's Wrong Here" error pictured below:
this indicates that you have another active session is interfering with your ability to log in. Sometimes this happens when you do not fully log out of a previous Watermark session.
To have a "hard logout" of your session, so that you can log in to a new session, click the link below:
After clicking the link above, you will see this confirmation:
You will then be able to log in again without receiving that error message.
It is best practice to log out of your account when you have finished working in a Watermark product, as opposed to simply closing the browser window.
To log out, click the "waffle" product toggle menu on the top right, and then click Log Out.
