Assessment Panel updates to the overall activity & ePortfolio component
The assessment panel for the overall activity and the one for the ePortfolio component within an activity have been updated to improve usability. The changes include updates to the scoring component and a visibly clear distinction from the student's content area.
ePortfolios
Updated help text for the Color Contrast Checker toggle tip
The toggle tip help text for the color contrast checker has been updated to be consistent with the text of the result displayed based on the contrast analysis i.e. Contrast: Met or Contrast: Not Met.
Time Logs
Ability for reviewers to bulk approve time logs
Time log reviewers can now bulk approve student time log submissions in a single go making the process quicker and less cumbersome.
Ability to edit the status of a reviewed time log submission
Time log reviewers can now change the approval or rejection status of a time log submission alongside making updates to their comments.
Reports
New help text on Reports landing page
The help text ‘Create new reports to save them within this table’ has been added on the Reports landing page in case the logged in user has no saved reports for added clarity.
Placement Management
Additional Site Details and Student Demographic Information for NCES and manually created sites
Field Placement Coordinators can now view additional site details like school type and geographic locale, and student demographic details like free and reduced price lunch eligibility for sites pulled from the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) database. These details can also be added for any manually created sites.
