The Course Evaluations & Surveys My Surveys Widget for Brightspace has several components which allow you to:
Display an LTI link to users that will take them directly into their Course Evaluations & Surveys account.
Display the list of active surveys a student has to take, which also contain single sign on links directly to the survey for each course.
Enable a survey notification message to display if a student has an active survey to take, which will take students into their Course Evaluations & Surveys account.
You can also add a Global LTI Link to the Brightspace Top Navigation to take users from Brightspace to Course Evaluations & Surveys.
Setup
Click on Account in the top menu bar.
Click on Brightspace in the Integrations section.
Click on the User Settings tab.
Click on Download Installation Document to download instructions to setup the user integration for your specific account. Note: Please keep this document confidential as it contains sensitive keys and authentication credentials specific to your Course Evaluations & Surveys Account.
Follow the steps outlined in the document to complete the user integration setup for Brightspace.
USER EXPERIENCE
The My Surveys Widget will appear for the user if they have been imported into a course in a Deployed Project, or courses align to their level of access. For students specifically - If the student has been enrolled into a course in a Deployed Project the My Surveys Widget will appear along with a link to the active survey(s). If the student does not have an active survey the student will see “There are no active surveys at this time.” in the My Surveys Widget.
