Today’s release delivers the ability to use both scheduled and instant email notifications to drive faculty engagement with curriculum and syllabus proposals.
Just as a reminder...
Instant Notifications inform participants in proposal workflows immediately when something is ready for their review.
Scheduled Notifications provide participants with a roll-up summary reminder of all relevant proposals awaiting their action. You can choose the frequency for these messages.

Originally you had to choose between these methods of communication. Now you can use a combination of them to ensure reviewers are up-to-date on which proposals await their review, and maximize faculty engagement in the process.
