How do I reset my Student Learning & Licensure password?

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to reset your Watermark Student Learning & Licensure (SLL) account password. This process is intended for students and faculty who have lost access to their accounts and need to regain entry through the self-service reset tool.

Reset Process

Follow these steps to reset your Watermark Student Learning & Licensure account password:

  1. Navigate to Watermark's Student Learning & Licensure.
  2. Click Forgot Password.

  3. Enter the email address associated with your Student Learning & Licensure account.

    Example: Enter your_email@youruniversity.edu into the email field.

  4. Click Send Link.
  5. Note: Check your email from no-reply@watermarkinsights.com. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, check your spam and junk mail folders. You can also add the sender to your contacts list. If the email still does not appear, contact our Support Team by selecting How to Submit a Request or using our chat messaging widget.
  6. Click the link in the email, then enter and confirm your new password.

  7. Click Save.
  8. Click Go to Home Page.
  9. Enter your credentials and click Sign In.
