You can quickly enable a previously disabled user account through the Users and Security utility.
➤ To enable a disabled user account:
- In Faculty Success, select Users and Security in the Navigation Bar.
- Search for the user or find the user in the list at the bottom of the page. We will dim the display of the account for this user to indicate that it was disabled.
- Next, select the pencil (edit) icon to the right of the user's name to open the Edit User page for that user.

- Select Enable User.
The user account is now enabled and listed in black in the list on the Users and Security page.
Warning: If you made changes to any of the other elements of the user’s account prior to selecting the Enable User button, Faculty Success will not save these changes when you select Enable User.
