Manage Faculty is the administrative tool used to assign faculty members to a specific career path, monitor their progress and apply faculty-specific results or exception events to their timeline.
Managing Faculty
Faculty may be assigned to one Career Path at a time. Additional functionality to re-assign a faculty to a new Career Path will be expanded in the future.
Steps to Add Faculty:
1. Navigate to the Career Pathways Tab and Click on "Manage Faculty."
2. Click the "Add Faculty" button on the right hand side.
3. Select the faculty name from the list.
Note: The list of faculty will only be enabled faculty accounts that have not yet been assigned to a career path. |
4. Selecting a faculty member will filter career paths based on their account details as shown below. These fields are based on the users Yearly Data and Permanent Data records.
5. Once a career path has been assigned, the faculty member will be listed with their summary attributes and Career Path. To view a faculty Career Path, you can open their personal timeline by selecting their name from the Manage Faculty summary table.
