Student Success & Engagement Release Notes for December 1, 2023 (9.15.0)

Enhancements

• Adds a tooltip on the Campaign Emails page and the Campaign Details page that displays a brief description of the campaign messaging status when hovering over the Messaging Status badge.

Bug Fixes

• Fixes Survey report source Filter options that were not working because filter parameter values were missing.

• Removes non-Twilio system phone type phone numbers associated only with the "New Registrant' role that displayed incorrectly in the list of system assigned Twilio phone numbers.
• Fixes an issue that caused past/ended "Immediate" campaigns to display with an Active status instead of a Done status.

• Fixes an issue where campaign analytics would reach a limit and display incorrect metrics that are all set to zero.

• Improves performance issues that appeared when loading courses on the Student Courses tab.
• Fixes the pipeline opportunities "Stage History" that was missing from every pipeline opportunity record. Stage History can be accessed by selecting a pipeline from the Pipelines tab accessed from the student/person record or from a pipeline opportunity record.
