SIS Import Enhancements
- Updates the default Parent Accelerate configurations to set a default section value on some Course Section records that are not associated with a section and were generating import errors.

Fixes an issue where the system would not always save an Excused Absence for students with a tag.

Help Text:
When enabled, students will be notified about eligible alert reasons.

Alert Coordinators are notified via email when Staff Initiated Alerts are created based on the student's Student Campus Location and/or Staff Initiated Alert Reason.

Default Alert Coordinators are notified via email when Staff Initiated Alerts are created and nobody else would be notified via email.

The following Help Text was updated and aligned between Edit and Non-Edit mode:

- When sending early alert notifications to students, if a student is being notified about the alert, the system will now include and display the student recipient on the message form (within the green bar at the bottom of the alert form) alongside non-student recipients after the alert is "Sent".
