Enhancements

Pipeline Automation Enhancements

• Adds a new “Wait for Tag” pipeline automation to the pipeline automation selector.

  • • The Wait for Tag pipeline automation will allow an opportunity to wait in a pipeline stage until a single/specific tag is associated with the opportunity. Any subsequent automations/actions will wait until the specified tag is added to the opportunity.
    • Only one tag can be selected per automation.
    • Select "Consider Existing Data" to look for students that currently have the tag applied.
      • • When Consider Existing Data is checked, an existing tag will trigger the automation.
        • If Consider Existing Data is not checked, the opportunity will wait in the current stage for the selected tag to be newly applied.
        • The system only checks whether the specific tag is CURRENTLY applied to the opportunity. If the tag was previously applied and later removed, the automation will not trigger. In order to check for a specific tag that was associated with an opportunity before they entered the pipeline stage, check "Consider Existing Data".

Reporting Enhancements

• Adds a User Generated Data Export report to Activity Management Reports that exports Notes, Messages, Alerts, Tags, and Meetings. After selecting "Run Report", the report will be available to download from Report Results listed under Reporting Administration.
  • • While the report is running, a message appears notifying users that "This report is running in the background. An email with a link will be sent to you when it is complete. This may take a while based on the amount of results."
    • Separate permissions are required to view/run the report and to access the report results.
      • • Permitted Roles are assigned to each individual report from Reports Administration.
        • "Can Access Report Results" permission is assigned via Roles Administration.

Bug Fixes

• Fixes an issue where editing a prospect was adding an additional prospect person type to the prospect resulting in multiple prospect person types displaying on the UI.
• Help text was added to the Test Email Campaign pop-up to inform users that by design, the replyTo email address used on the test email address does not match the replyTo email address set and used in the actual campaign.
  • • A way to test the actual replyTo email address could be to send a campaign message to a person record used as a "test" recipient.
• Fixes an issue where the system allowed users to create Scheduled Messages with negative intervals resulting in duplicate messages.
