Availability of Extracts in the Reports area
With this release, Extracts have been made available in the Reports area of SL&L. This consolidates the reporting needs of administrators into a single place.
The new area for extracts also offers improved user experience, accounts for accessibility, and enables users to run and view already generated extracts from a single table.
The new Extracts area also gives users access to older extracts (i.e. extracts run within 30 days in the past from the current date).
List of recently run extracts.
Ability to sort and search from list of previously run extracts.
Ability to run fresh extracts.
Ability to Attach Files while Creating Time Log Entries
The Time Log Attachment feature grants students using SL&L the ability to attach files while creating time log entries with the objective to provide supporting documentation along with time log submission for the reviewer to have a look and complete the review.
The following screenshot will give the Students view from where one can attach the files:
The following screenshot will give the Reviewer’s view from where one can see the attached files corresponding to the log entry:
Note: Log Categories can not be used more than once per day, including the “No Category” option. If students have multiple times during a singular day in which they engaged in activities related to the same log category, they should indicate this in the description area
