Once the administrator at your institution has opened an application, it will be available to submit in your account. Note: If you're not a current student and need to fill out an application, the admin at the institution you're applying to can provide a link to the application.
To submit a Program Application:
- Click Program Applications in the navigation panel on the left side of your screen.
Click Start An Application.
Choose an Application and click Continue.
*Please contact the administrator at your institution if you do not see the application you need.
- The next screen will display all components/fields from the selected application. After filling out the application you may choose to partially complete and save the application as a draft (to submit later) or you may click Submit.
- If you chose to submit, the application will be sent in for review.
To submit or save an external Program Application:

Go to the application URL provided by your institution
- Enter your email address, click the captcha, and click Next.

You will receive an email with the subject “One-time Application Verification
Code” at the entered email address. This email will contain a 6-digit
verification
code, which is valid for 5 minutes. Enter your code on the application
screen,
click the captcha, and click Submit
- Once you have verified the security code you will gain access to the application. After filling out all required fields in the application, click the Submit button. You can also click the Save as Draft button and return to the application URL later if you are not ready to submit.
