Student Success & Engagement Release Notes for June 30, 2023 (9.3.0)

Alert Enhancements

• Adds a step to the Current Grade alert history UI that filters out transcript courses that have not synchronized with the LMS within the past 12 hours                                                                       

• Adds lastLmsSynchronizationDate to the Transcript Course Imported Data View in order to help validate records that were filtered out of the current grade alert  

Automated Duplicate Detection Enhancements

• Adds Birth Date to the available Duplicate Detection rule set fields

Inquiry Form Enhancements

The following enhancements appear in Inquiry Form Administration Edit Mode:

• All form question labels can be edited and customized by each individual institution
• Additional "Required" form fields can be set by each individual institution

  • • First name, Last name and Email Address are always required and cannot be toggled off

    • Institutions can set additional required fields by checking on Required in Edit mode

    • Required fields display with a red asterisk in form preview and published mode
