In preparation for the End of Life of the Analytics module, powered by Pentaho, we have re-written several of the Field Experience Reports that previously relied on the Pentaho integration. The new reports have an updated look and feel. The following reports have been delivered to LiveText customers over two releases.

Placement Site Diversity Report - The Placement Site Diversity Report has been delivered to the Reports tab within LiveText Field Experience and replaces the Placement Diversity - Site Ethnicity, Placement Diversity - Site Gender, and Placement Diversity - Site Special Programs reports. The report has been added so that LiveText no longer relies on a Pentaho integration to provide the analysis. The following fields are available as filters which populate based on the selection of the previous filter: Term (multi-select), Course Section (multi-select), Internship (multi-select), Placement Status (multi-select), District (multi-select), Sites (multi-select), Subjects (multi-select), and Grades (multi-select). The report allows the user to display Site Gender Demographics, Site Ethnicity Demographics, and/or Site Special Programs. The report may additionally be exported to CSV.
Placement Staff Diversity Report - The Placement Staff Diversity Report has been delivered to the Reports tab within LiveText Field Experience and replaces the Placement Diversity - Staff Ethnicity and Placement Diversity - Staff Gender reports. The report has been added so that LiveText no longer relies on a Pentaho integration to provide the analysis. The following fields are available as filters which populate based on the selection of the previous filter: Term (multi-select), Course Section (multi-select), Internship (multi-select), Placement Status (multi-select), District (multi-select), Sites (multi-select), Subjects (multi-select), and Grades (multi-select). The report allows the user to display the Staff Gender Demographics and/or the Staff Ethnicity Demographics. The report may additionally be exported to CSV.
Assessment Report - Progress Summary - The Assessment Report - Progress Summary has been delivered to the Reports tab within LiveText Field Experience. The report has been added so that LiveText no longer relies on a Pentaho integration to provide the analysis. The following fields are available as filters which populate based on the selection of the previous filter: Term (multi-select), Course Section (multi-select), Assessment Document (single select), and Internship (single select). The report continues to display the same data as the version supported by the Pentaho integration.

Assessment Report - Individual Details - The Assessment Report - Individual Details has been delivered to the Reports tab within LiveText Field Experience so that LiveText no longer relies on a Pentaho integration to provide the analysis. The following fields are available as filters which populate based on the selection of the previous filter: Term (multi-select), Course Section (multi-select), Internship (multi-select), Assessment Document (multi-select), Rubrics (multi-select), Performance Level (multi-select), Assessment Status (multi-select), Percentage Attained (multi-select), and Individual Name (multi-select). The report can be exported to CSV and contains the same data as provided through the Pentaho integrated analysis.
Assessment Report - Standards-based Rubric Report - The Assessment Report - Standards-based Rubric has been delivered to the Reports tab within LiveText Field Experience so that LiveText no longer relies on a Pentaho integration to provide the analysis. The following fields are available as filters which populate based on the selection of the previous filter: Standard (multi-select), Term (multi-select), Course Section (multi-select), Internship (multi-select), Assessment Document (multi-select), Subject (multi-select), Grade (multi-select), Intern/Student (multi-select), Assessor/Mentor (multi-select), Assessor/Intern (multi-select), and Assessor/Supervisor (multi-select). When generated, the report provides three sections of data: Aggregate Student Performance, Individual Student Performance, and Inter-rater Summary. The report may be exported to CSV or PDF.

Time Log Hours by Category Report - The Time Log Hours by Category Report has been delivered to the Reports tab within LiveText Field Experience so that LiveText no longer relies on a Pentaho integration to provide the analysis. The following fields are available as filters which populate based on the selection of the previous filter: Term (multi-select), Course Section (multi-select), Internship (multi-select), Internship Title (multi-select), Intern Name (multi-select), Time Log Category (All), Status, and Total Hours Threshold (Approved). When generated, the report provides the disaggregated time log category values for the selected interns’ time logs. The report can be exported to CSV.
