Student Learning & Licensure Release Notes for January 31, 2023

Ensuring assessment data for a course moved from one node to another moves with the course

Previously, when a course was moved from one node to another, the assessment data for the course remained tied to the original parent node of the course. A development request was required in order to have the data moved.

With this release, for both institutions having a system administration integration as well as those that don’t, whenever a course is moved from one organizational (hierarchy) node to another, the assessment data corresponding to the course will also move to the new node to which the course has been moved.

All existing cases (where a course was moved from one node to another, but the assessment data remained tied to the original node of the course) have also been identified and the assessment data has been moved to the same node under which the corresponding presently exists. A development request is no longer needed to have the data moved.
