Summary
The primary focus of this release was to automate the import of predictive model data into Aviso. Other items completed were more maintenance related, with miscellaneous items listed below.
Analytics Configuration
- Automated processing of success model results from predictive models.
- Permit risk indicator visibility to be configured by role.
- Automated support for importing of term-to-term model results.
Miscellaneous
- Added personal/secondary email address to Student Profile Tab.
- Configure alerts by role for visibility on student profile and news feed.
- Permit an early alert coordinator to be assigned to the Early Alert within the Alert administrative screens. This EA Coordinator, if defined, will be routed all alerts rather than the student's success team receiving the alert notification.
- Permit visibility of the news feed by role. This is configurable via the administrative screens.
- Configuration for which roles can receive the daily digest email is now configurable.
- Event settings can be toggled on/off by an administrator. If off, then staff cannot opt in/out to events.
- No longer show "Early Alert" as a note type when creating a note. This note type will be used automatically by the system when closing an Early Alert.
- Permit visibility of coach as part of the student's success team based on configuration completed in the administrative screens. This also affects whether the coach is shown on the student's dashboard when a student logs into Aviso.
- Creation of an LMS Course Total Format report for use in the administrative screens for troubleshooting LMS integrations.
- Add configurable attributes to underlying security framework to permit use of additional Active Directory attributes for authentication.
- Fixed a bug when searching for students by course when between terms.
