Cannot Login to Student Success & Engagement Support on Firefox

On Firefox, the Login screen keeps reappearing without any error messages.

Trying to login, it always bounces back to the login.
- Entering a support ticket works fine.
Resolution:
Disable the enhanced tracking protection on https://support.avisoretention.com/hc/en-us.
- This is done by clicking on the icon to the left of the URL.
