Meeting Scheduler Improvements

• New action buttons on the homepage, including "Schedule Appointment".
• Improvements to the Appointment Scheduling UI, including the ability to choose a Topic before a Person.

Enhancements

• Adds roster list to the mobile app Course Detail Screen

Bug Fixes

• The date picker in the meeting scheduler is now displayed after clicking on it.
• The cancel meeting button's text on the Meeting Detail screen no longer has it's text removed when the meeting is being canceled.
•  The message icon in the bottom nav is now highlighted when the user is on the Select Contact screen.
• The completed date on the Task Detail page is no longer shown if the task has been reopened and is in progress.
• Resources on the Task Detail page are now shown as a blue link.

Enhancements

• Attachments are shown with in-line images
• Introduces sharing for attachments
• Users can now see followers on the Success Team card

• Students will now receive push notifications under the following conditions:

  • A new meeting is created for them.

  • A task reminder 1 day before the task is due.

  • An alert that the student has visibility for is opened regarding them.

  • The student receives an achievement in our system.

Apple Watch

As of this release, we have released an Apple Watch companion app for Aviso Student. Students are now able to keep up with their Courses, Meetings, and Tasks at a glance! They can even submit their attendance!
